لإتمام الشحن بشكل صحيح، يرجى كتابة Player ID واسم الحساب داخل اللعبة (IGN) بدقة تامة.

الشروط والأحكام (عربي)

1. مسؤولية البيانات على العميل بالكامل
2. يجب إدخال Player ID واسم الحساب داخل اللعبة بشكل صحيح وواضح. أي خطأ يعني احتمال الشحن لحساب آخر، والمتجر غير مسؤول عن ذلك.
3. المنتج رقمي وغير قابل للإرجاع بعد التنفيذ
4. بمجرد تنفيذ الشحن وظهور الـUC في الحساب، لا يمكن الإرجاع أو الاستبدال.
5. الإلغاء قبل التنفيذ فقط
6. يمكن إلغاء الطلب فقط إذا لم يبدأ التنفيذ. بعد بدء التنفيذ أو اكتمال الشحن لا يمكن الإلغاء.
7. مدة التنفيذ تقديرية
8. عادة يتم التنفيذ بسرعة، لكن قد يحدث تأخير بسبب ضغط الطلبات أو صيانة اللعبة أو مشاكل مزود الخدمة.
9. إثبات التسليم
10. يُعد الطلب مكتملًا عند تأكيد الشحن من النظام/المزود أو عند ظهور الـUC داخل الحساب. قد نطلب لقطة شاشة للتأكيد عند الحاجة.
11. مسؤولية الحساب وسياسات اللعبة
12. العميل مسؤول عن حسابه وعن الالتزام بسياسات PUBG MOBILE. المتجر لا يتحمل أي مسؤولية عن حظر/قيود تصدر من ناشر اللعبة.
13. منع الاحتيال والطلبات المشبوهة
14. يحق للمتجر إيقاف/رفض أي طلب يُشتبه أنه احتيالي أو مخالف، مع التواصل مع العميل لإكمال التحقق عند الحاجة.

This is a digital UC top-up delivered directly to the PUBG MOBILE account you provide at checkout.

To ensure correct delivery, please enter your Player ID and in-game name (IGN) accurately.

Terms & Conditions (English)

1. Customer is fully responsible for accuracy
2. You must provide the correct Player ID and in-game name. If incorrect, UC may be delivered to the wrong account and the store is not liable.
3. Digital item – non-refundable after delivery
4. Once UC is successfully delivered, refunds or exchanges are not available.
5. Cancellation only before processing
6. Orders can be canceled only if processing has not started. No cancellations after processing/delivery begins.
7. Processing time is an estimate
8. Delays may occur due to high demand, game maintenance, or provider technical issues.
9. Proof of delivery
10. Delivery is complete when confirmed by our system/provider or when UC appears in the account. We may request a screenshot if needed.
11. Account responsibility & game policies
12. The customer is responsible for their account and compliance with PUBG MOBILE policies. The store is not responsible for bans or restrictions issued by the publisher.
13. Fraud prevention
14. We reserve the right to hold, refuse, or cancel suspicious orders and may request additional verification.
